How often will you visit my plants?
Most homes need a visit once or twice a week. We look at your plants before you go and agree a plan that suits them, not a one-size schedule.
How do I get my keys to you?
We collect them at the meet-and-greet visit before you go away, or you can leave them in a key safe. Keys are labelled with a code, never your address.
Will I know my plants are OK?
Yes. You get a photo and a short note after every visit, so you can see how they're doing while you're away.
Can you look after plants in an office or shop?
Yes. We do regular weekly or fortnightly visits for workplaces, as well as cover while staff are on holiday.
What if a plant looks unwell while you're away?
We'll message you straight away with a photo and what we think is wrong, and only do anything beyond normal care once you've said yes.
